Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Viper team in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on backend development and maintenance of Go Lang features and services hosted in AWS, while ensuring high reliability and performance of the SaaS product.
Key responsibilities
- Develop services using Go Lang, Postgres, and NoSQL databases, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Design and build Kafka-based event processing services to drive downstream workflows
- Lead technical design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience building SaaS web applications using Go Lang and Node.JS
- Strong experience with AWS services, including SQS, SNS, and Lambda
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation
- Proficient in SQL programming and data-layer development
