Job Summary
Driving the development of innovative integration systems, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and maintain integrations across various platforms, contribute to AI initiatives, and ensure reliable API connections while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations with HRIS, payroll, ATS, and business intelligence platforms
- Develop and enhance a configuration-driven integration system and design APIs and data pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical requirements while ensuring code quality and maintainability
Required qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining third-party integrations, particularly in HR tech or comparable data environments
- Strong back-end development skills, preferably in Kotlin or another JVM language
- Proficiency in API design and troubleshooting, including REST, GraphQL, and OAuth
- Experience with data pipelines or ETL processes
- Ability to work independently on small teams, with a preference for startup or R&D experience
