Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative navigation solutions for commercial fleets, the remote Senior Software Engineer II will own features end-to-end, delivering high-quality software across mobile, backend services, and web while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of navigation initiatives from design through production rollout, ensuring quality and customer impact
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and improve system reliability in production using modern development tools
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver cohesive navigation experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in shipping customer-facing software across multiple surfaces
• Proven experience in building mobile applications, including proficiency in React Native
• Comfortable using AI development tools in day-to-day engineering tasks
• Domain expertise in logistics or industrial IoT, particularly in mobile applications for drivers or field workers
