Job Summary
To support a growing data and AI platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve delivery processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the data and AI platform for automation and self-service capabilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts to transition ideas from concept to production
- Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and improving team culture
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant development experience building production-grade solutions
- 5+ years of experience leading the design of reliable and scalable services and APIs
- Proficiency in a high-order object-oriented language, particularly Python, with openness to other languages like Go, Java, Scala, or C#
- Practical experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and public cloud service platforms
