Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and run backend services for stablecoin payments, including deposits and withdrawals
- Integrate with partners for wallets and compliance-driven business onboarding flows
- Collaborate with product, design, and compliance teams to set technical direction and mentor new teammates
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience
- Experience in fintech, payments, or banking with production services
- Knowledge of compliance-driven systems such as KYB, KYC, and AML
- Strong system design skills focused on accuracy and reliability in money movement
- Proficiency in a modern backend programming language
