Job Summary
Evaluating AI-generated coding interactions, the part-time contract Senior Software Engineer, AI Training will assess the quality of outputs from coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code, providing detailed feedback on their effectiveness and alignment with strong engineering practices in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions for usefulness and correctness
- Assess the quality of explanations and reasoning behind AI outputs
- Provide clear, opinionated feedback on the interactions and help define what constitutes high-quality output
Required qualifications
- Senior, Staff, or Principal-level engineer or equivalent experience
- Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above) for detailed feedback and video explanations
