Key responsibilities
- Translate business goals into effective technical solutions using Ruby on Rails and modern web technologies
- Design and implement responsive, accessible user-facing features while supporting the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies, including pair programming and code reviews
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- 4+ years of professional Ruby on Rails development experience
- Strong front-end development experience using React
- Experience deploying applications through CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments like AWS CLI
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
