Senior Software Engineer - IAM
Job Summary
To enhance the Elastic Cloud offerings, the full-time Senior Software Engineer - IAM will contribute to the development and operation of control plane services, focusing on coding, technical design, and debugging in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the IAM codebases for Elastic Cloud
- Participate in on-call rotation to address production incidents and improve system reliability
- Collaborate with support engineers to resolve customer issues and enhance service security and stability
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a backend engineer in the IAM space or 5+ years as a backend engineer
- Solid experience with JVM-based programming languages
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality code to production
- Strong analytical and debugging skills, particularly in distributed systems
- Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team environment
