Senior Software Engineer II

Job Summary

Seeking an AI-Native Senior Software Engineer II, the full-time remote position will design and build Android growth and monetization features, run concurrent experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in revenue experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality Android features and experiments for growth and monetization, including subscription paywalls and ad placements
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to translate hypotheses into actionable experiments and analyze results for decision-making
• Utilize AI tools as a primary workflow collaborator to enhance coding, testing, and review processes

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of Android software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production apps at consumer scale
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI tooling
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with familiarity in modern Android architecture patterns
• Experience with mobile experimentation concepts such as A/B testing and feature flagging
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
