Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end development of AI observability capabilities, the full-time Senior Software Engineer II will architect data models and infrastructure, build systems for analyzing AI-specific signals, and collaborate with product and design partners in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop AI observability capabilities from ingestion to in-product visualizations
- Architect and evolve the data model and infrastructure for agent observability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure usability and meaningful workflows
Required qualifications
- Significant software engineering experience with a record of shipping features end-to-end
- Experience in delivering customer-facing features at a SaaS company
- Proficiency in backend development (Go and/or Python) and frontend development (TypeScript and React)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in engineering work
- Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments
