Senior Software Engineer II
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Software Engineer II on the AI Core Platform team, the successful candidate will develop and operate infrastructure for secure and reliable access to foundation models, focusing on scalable solutions, technical roadmaps, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions for AI model access
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to create and execute technical roadmaps using Agile methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers through thorough code reviews and feedback on their work
Required qualifications:
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large datasets
- 3+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in team settings
- 3+ years of experience mentoring other engineers
