Job Summary
Leading the development of complex software solutions, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer II will drive technical strategy, manage project execution, and elevate engineering quality across teams while mentoring junior engineers and participating in strategic planning discussions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver large-scale software initiatives, integrating AI-assisted coding tools and workflows
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting code reviews and architectural decisions
- Ensure system reliability and improve engineering patterns, tooling, and processes to enhance productivity and code quality
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in delivering complex software systems and solving technical challenges
- Strong backend experience with Python, Flask, and/or FastAPI, including comprehensive backend testing
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, and Typescript is a plus
- Proven ability to break down complex projects into manageable components for team collaboration
