Senior Software Engineer in Test
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Software Engineer in Test will create intelligent front-end and backend test frameworks, automate testing processes, and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure quality for the Converge Unity platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Pair program with developers and collaborate on the technical SQA strategy
- Create automated tests for GraphQL APIs, React front-ends, and ETL Airflow jobs
- Continuously test microservices and maintain the Python codebase within an agile development environment
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in Python development
- 2+ years of experience testing React front-ends using Playwright
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Proficiency with version control using Git and experience with data storage technologies
