Senior Software Engineer in Test

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end quality verification and validation for complex systems, the remote Senior Software Engineer in Test will design comprehensive test strategies, build automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development process.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies focusing on edge cases and real-world scenarios
• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks for backend and frontend testing
• Drive root cause analysis and contribute to prevention strategies for defects and incidents

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, QA automation, or SDET roles
• Strong programming skills, preferably in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Proven experience in building automation frameworks for backend/API and frontend/UI testing
• Deep understanding of testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve software quality and team productivity
