Senior Software Engineer Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the fully remote Senior Software Engineer Team Lead will mentor staff while actively contributing to the design, development, and support of cloud-based and on-premise business applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery and team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Guide team members in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions while overseeing code quality and performance
- Coordinate work across onshore, remote, and offshore team members, providing input into hiring and professional development
Required qualifications
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
- Strong SQL experience
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
