Senior Software Engineer, Test

Job Summary

To support the development of cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Test will design and maintain testing frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely or onsite in various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain metrics and test sets for performance measurement of autonomous driving systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build and scale test solutions that address coverage gaps and mitigate project risks
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving

Required qualifications

• BS (or equivalent experience), MS, or PhD in Engineering or Science field
• 5+ years of software engineering and data analysis experience, preferably in simulation, autonomous systems, or related fields
• Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of software engineering practices
• Demonstrated ability to perform in situations with high ambiguity and competing priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
