Senior Software Engineer, Testing

Job Summary

Leading the transition to automated testing, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Testing will design test strategies and build automated regression suites for a portfolio of web applications, working remotely while collaborating with government personnel and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Design the test strategy for web applications and prioritize automation efforts
• Build automated regression suites and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline
• Lead a team of test engineers, coaching them to ensure sustainable automated testing practices

Required qualifications

• Experience designing test strategies and building automated regression suites for web applications
• Ability to write clean, reusable code and build secure, compliant software
• Experience leading testers or test efforts in a government or regulated environment
• Understanding of software systems integration with a focus on performance and reliability
• Experience working on cross-functional teams in iterative delivery settings
