Senior Software Engineer (TS/SCI)
Job Summary
As a full-time Senior Software Engineer (TS/SCI) on the OIG (Federal) team, the candidate will design, build, and maintain robust backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces for government customers, ensuring secure and scalable access in high-compliance environments.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure across high-compliance security baselines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure software deployments meet stringent governmental security standards
- Proactively identify and prioritize tech debt, driving improvements in CI/CD, observability, and reliability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering, shipping enterprise cloud software
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or TypeScript, and API (REST, gRPC) and UI automation tools
- Experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and major cloud platforms
- Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly
- Proven experience defining scalable backend architectures and integrating complex APIs with modern web technologies
