Job Summary
Leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance software quality and delivery reliability, the full-time Senior Software Engineering Manager will drive improvements in QA Operations, DevOps, and Release Engineering in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that improve software quality, release readiness, and delivery reliability
- Build and manage a release process roadmap with clear priorities and measurable outcomes
- Partner with Quality, DevOps, and Release Engineering to enhance testing and quality checks within CI/CD pipelines
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in quality, DevOps, release management, or related areas, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS environment
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications, microservices, and cloud platforms (Preferred: AWS)
