Job Summary
Leading the Beyond Fuel and Expense Management initiative, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineering Manager will manage engineering teams in the U.S. and India to design and scale payment and expense management solutions while driving AI adoption to enhance productivity and code quality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the Beyond Fuel and Expense Management initiative
- Drive technical project execution and maintain a robust architectural roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Hire, manage, and foster a high-performance engineering team while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in engineering management
- Expertise in developing large-scale distributed systems and experience with AI-driven development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in cloud environments
- Proven leadership and dynamic decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
