Job Summary
Leading a software engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineering Manager will work remotely to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams on architectural design and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a software engineering team in developing and supporting high-quality, scalable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture design and decision-making

Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering leadership or senior technical roles
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Java (including Spring Boot)
- 10+ years of experience with NextJs, GraphQL APIs, TypeScript, and MongoDB
- 10+ years of knowledge of version control systems and deployment on Azure cloud platforms
- 3+ years of knowledge of IBMi platforms and languages (SYNON, IBMi - COBOL/DB2/CL/RPG)
