Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers, conducting performance reviews and growth plans
- Own the delivery process from planning to production, collaborating with product management to ensure clarity in project requirements
- Actively participate in coding and code reviews, implementing AI engineering practices and tools
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in building production software, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proficiency in C# and .NET, along with experience in Angular, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Experience with AI engineering practices and using coding agents in development
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, or SOC 2
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
