Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on, technically deep Senior Software Engineering Manager for the Case Management Platform (CMP), this full-time remote role will manage architectural direction, write and review code, and drive AI-native transformations while building a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Set and defend the architectural direction for CMP, making critical trade-off decisions and owning outcomes
- Lead design reviews, write production code, and participate in incident response to raise the technical bar
- Drive the adoption of AI tools and practices, measuring their impact and influencing peer teams
Required qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in complex data or process-management applications
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams with a focus on hiring and developing talent
- Strong fluency in Java or another object-oriented language, and experience with AWS and distributed systems
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices
