Job Summary

Owning software order execution, the full-time Senior Software Licensing Specialist will manage software orders from validation through fulfillment, resolve complex licensing changes, and coordinate issue resolution across multiple departments in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee software orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution while maintaining records across operational systems
• Evaluate and execute complex licensing changes, analyzing impacts on customer entitlements and coordinating with Finance
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in order management, software fulfillment, or licensing operations
• Proven ability to independently investigate issues and drive resolution
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on understanding relationships among orders and system configurations
• Experience managing software licenses and entitlements, including changes to configurations
• Proficiency in using ERP or order management systems and Excel for data analysis
