Senior Software QA Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a forward-thinking Senior Software QA Engineer, this full-time position will architect quality strategies across the stack by combining robust UI test automation, cutting-edge AI tools, and strategic manual test design, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Westwood, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable UI end-to-end automation suites using C# and Selenium WebDriver, integrating AI tools to enhance test development
• Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for complex software features, performing exploratory testing and collaborating with Client Support to address production issues
• Integrate automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid feedback and maintain test suite reliability and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in C# / .NET development practices for test automation engineering
• Solid hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright for web UI testing
• 5+ years of progressive experience in software quality engineering across modern web applications
• Active experience using Generative AI tools for automated test script generation and test strategy design
• Strong command of QA methodologies, software testing patterns, and Agile delivery
