Senior Software Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Software Systems Engineer will perform technical planning, requirements definition, and software systems integration while working remotely and utilizing expertise in .Net development with C#.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition for software systems
- Develop and maintain back-end applications using .Net and C# within an Agile framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure software quality and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
- Proficiency in C# and .Net framework, including MVC architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database design using SQL Server
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, as well as Agile development methodologies
