Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Senior Software Test Engineer, the full-time remote position will develop and execute test plans and cases, ensuring software quality across various platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
- Perform and lead testing of software and IT systems, documenting and communicating results effectively
- Support analysis of test results, resolve issues, and provide technical solutions to complex problems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
