Senior Solution Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Solution Architect will design and implement complex software solutions, engage with clients to understand their needs, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead scoping and discovery sessions with sales and client teams to gather business requirements
- Architect solutions for clients, offering best practice recommendations and addressing on-the-fly queries
- Create accurate Statements of Work that detail requirements, deliverables, and timelines
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, or 5 years in IT project management within a SaaS business
- Experience with CX, CCaaS, and/or UCaaS solutions
- Familiarity with creating and managing Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL)
- Proven track record of managing and delivering IT projects for enterprise companies
- Salesforce and other CRM experience preferred
