Senior Solution Architect
Job Summary
Guiding enterprise customers through complex migrations to JumpCloud's Open Directory Platform, the full-time Senior Solution Architect will act as a technical authority, managing deployments, and ensuring successful integration of identity and access management solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery sessions and technical workshops to define migration milestones and technical roadmaps
- Execute hands-on technical deployments and directory cutovers for enterprise customers
- Manage ongoing high-complexity customer engagements, contributing to technical documentation and cross-departmental collaborations
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise identity architecture design and directory migrations
- Deep technical knowledge of authentication and provisioning protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, etc.)
- Expertise in multi-OS device management across various platforms
- Familiarity with complex Microsoft enterprise ecosystems and identity governance frameworks
- Experience with cloud identity platforms and scripting/automation tools
