Senior Solution Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Solution Architect will design and present complex Digital Workspace solutions while collaborating with sales and technical teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and present integrated Digital Workspace solutions that encompass hardware, software, cloud services, and security
- Lead customer discovery sessions and technical assessments to translate business objectives into solution architectures
- Develop proposals and technical presentations to support pre-sales engagements and identify upselling opportunities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Technical Presales roles
- Proven success in designing and delivering enterprise Microsoft and cloud solutions
- Strong customer-facing experience with executive presentations and consultative selling
- Deep understanding of modern workplace solutions, including security and cloud services
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts
