Job Summary
To support the Customer Experience team, the full-time Senior Solution Architect will lead Pre-Sales and Proof-of-Concept efforts remotely, acting as the trusted technical authority for prospects while demonstrating the value of ScyllaDB and influencing critical workload decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales organization to showcase ScyllaDB's value and drive adoption
- Own the technical win for every opportunity and provide recommendations for deploying ScyllaDB in production environments
- Develop training materials and deliver training to help customers maximize their use of the platform
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Solution Architect role with a focus on technical relationships
- Deep fluency in Linux operating systems for troubleshooting and tuning
- Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating agility and ownership
- Hands-on expertise with NoSQL databases and modern scripting or programming languages
- An undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
