Senior Solution Consultant

Job Summary

Driving customer success as a key presales leader, the full-time Senior Solution Consultant will engage with enterprise accounts to modernize IT operations, optimize service delivery, and establish actionable service models through OpenText's ITSM and Discovery portfolio, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise accounts, leading discovery workshops and mapping OpenText capabilities to customer goals
• Own the technical sales strategy from qualification to closure, developing business cases and supporting RFP/RFI responses
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent solution alignment and represent OpenText at industry events and customer engagements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise presales or solution consulting focused on ITSM and Discovery/CMDB
• Proven experience in building and demonstrating integrated service management solutions
• Strong understanding of IT operations, event management, and automation processes
• Familiarity with key competitors such as ServiceNow and BMC, and knowledge of IT process frameworks like ITIL
• Ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
