Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will design and deliver modern insurance solutions in a remote or hybrid work arrangement, focusing on P&C insurance capabilities and cloud-native architectures.
Key responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale P&C insurance platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
- Architect customer-facing web and mobile applications to enhance customer acquisition and servicing experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Solution Architecture roles
- Proven experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry
- Strong hands-on experience in Java-based Full Stack Development and cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Generative AI solutions and modern insurance platforms such as Guidewire or Duck Creek
