Job Summary

To drive presales initiatives in the Mid-Market East, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will engage with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with sales teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to assess their requirements and demonstrate product capabilities
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process to ensure successful client onboarding

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a presales or solutions architect role, preferably in a technology or software environment
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and data management practices
• Experience with client engagement and technical presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
