Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing client base across Europe and North America, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will design and implement customer data stacks, manage technical delivery, and lead a team to ensure project success in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer data stacks, including CDP, analytics, and marketing automation
• Build and review tracking, server-side integrations, and reverse ETL pipelines while ensuring quality standards
• Direct technical team tasks, manage project timelines, and produce accurate technical specifications for new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in designing and integrating marketing and customer data technology, with at least 3 years in a consultancy or agency environment
• Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL, with experience in collaborative coding environments
• Experience with customer data platforms like Segment, Hightouch, or RudderStack
• Demonstrated ability to design at least three full data stacks and manage GDPR compliance
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a remote setting
