Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will assist sales and project teams in crafting innovative cloud-based solutions using integrator.io, while also engaging directly with customers to provide strategic integration architectural designs and business process assessments.
Key responsibilities
- Craft cloud-based solutions for SaaS and legacy application integrations, including web application integrations and complex business process automation
- Conduct customer scoping sessions to identify business needs and develop technical solutions using Celigo products
- Produce design documents, business process assessments, and deliverables during customer projects, while collaborating with project teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or solution consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or MSIS preferred
- Deep understanding of integration technologies such as file transfer protocols, SOA, and Web Services APIs
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Salesforce
- Experience leading integration teams and designing enterprise-scale integration solutions is preferred
