Senior Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Leading modernization and digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will define target-state solutions and modernize legacy platforms while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity in Worcester, MA.
Key responsibilities
- Define solution architectures that align business objectives with enterprise technology strategy
- Architect solutions supporting policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and customer engagement
- Lead the adoption of cloud-native technologies and define integration strategies leveraging APIs and microservices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
- Property & Casualty insurance experience, including familiarity with policy, claims, underwriting, or billing domains
- Experience leading large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern application architectures
