Senior Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To provide technical leadership in military health solutions, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will design proposal-quality technical solutions, focusing on EHR modernization, data interoperability, and secure cloud migration, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical solution development for capture and proposal efforts, producing technical volumes and compliance matrices
• Translate health mission needs into secure and interoperable architectures that prioritize operational readiness
• Support technical demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders while mentoring junior architects on best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 4 years focused on military health
• Proven experience leading technical capture and proposal activities, including architecture design and technical volume authorship
• Familiarity with VA and DHA architectures, cloud platform architectures, and DevSecOps toolchains
• Working knowledge of SAFe and Agile delivery frameworks
