Job Summary
Collaborating closely with Sales and technical teams, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect will deliver technical expertise, design impactful solutions for customers, and guide them through the technical validation process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to identify business opportunities aligned with the platform
- Collaborate with customers to understand their CI/CD architecture and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Design and deliver engaging demonstrations to showcase capabilities and secure technical wins
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Buildkite, Jenkins, and GitLab
- Experience with DevOps technologies including containerization (Docker) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Consultative approach with experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
