Job Summary
Taking ownership of solution development for complex customer opportunities, the full-time Senior Solutions Architect - RFID will guide technical direction, align stakeholders, and ensure architectural robustness while focusing on RFID, machine vision, and automation technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive solution documentation and strategic SoWs for high-value engagements
- Facilitate customer discovery workshops and technology briefings to uncover deeper requirements
- Act as a technical mentor, providing coaching and peer review to less experienced Solutions Architects
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in presales, technical consultancy, or architecture roles within a technology provider or systems integrator
- Strong track record of customer-facing engagements and solution ownership
- Relevant vendor or industry training and certifications in RFID, machine vision, or industrial automation
- Experience with both professional and managed services models
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
