Senior Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting larger customers with complex needs, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Consultant will evaluate Caseware solutions, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology modernization.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Managers and Solution Consultants to assist complex customers in evaluating and implementing Caseware products
- Lead technical evaluations, including presentations and proof of concepts, while coordinating with subject matter experts
- Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development and assist customers in their migration journey from existing tools
Required qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in software solutions design, development, or implementation for the accounting industry or in performing external audit engagements
- Strong understanding or interest in AI-powered software development capabilities
- Experience with cloud-based software development, including fundamentals of JavaScript and JSON
- Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, AI, or a related field
