Senior Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
To support the North America Strategic Accounts organization, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will lead the strategy and technical execution of AI-powered customer experience solutions for high-profile enterprise clients, building trusted relationships and driving revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery engagements to uncover customer priorities and transformation opportunities
- Own the technical strategy and solution recommendations, translating complex requirements into clear architectures and business outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise architects and senior leaders to connect technology strategy with business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in solutions consulting or a similar technical role
- Proven experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and navigating multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience applying prompt engineering techniques
- Experience designing customer journeys or automation within contact center or customer experience environments
- Technical foundation in APIs, cloud architectures, and modern application development practices
