Senior Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert in risk adjustment, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will manage client engagements, provide pre-sales support, and design tailored solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to assess client needs and demonstrate risk adjustment analytics and workflows
- Develop technical content for RFP responses and design solution recommendations for prospective and concurrent risk adjustment
- Monitor market trends and communicate customer needs to Product Management to inform solution enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Health Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in risk adjustment, health plan operations, or healthcare consulting
- Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage risk adjustment programs and CMS-HCC models
- Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing consulting roles
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
