Senior Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
Leading technical discovery and solution design, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant will manage the technical relationship with pharmaceutical partners, ensuring alignment with the Gifthealth platform while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and scoping conversations with partners, collaborating with Implementation and Client Success teams
- Develop coherent solution designs that align with the Gifthealth platform, addressing system dependencies and technical constraints
- Provide credible guidance to partners on solution feasibility and trade-offs, while delivering demos and prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical pre-sales for software or services
- Proven track record of designing solutions on software platforms, including knowledge of APIs and system architecture
- Experience with pharma manufacturer partnerships or patient support programs is preferred
- Strong understanding of software architecture and the ability to navigate open-ended client discussions to derive structured solutions
