Job Summary
Leading the successful deployment and adoption of enterprise software solutions, the full-time Senior Solutions Implementation Consultant will partner with customers and project teams to guide implementations from discovery through training and go-live support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions and define implementation strategies based on business needs
- Translate customer requirements into scalable solution designs and manage implementation activities
- Deliver training and enablement programs to support customer adoption and project success
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise software solutions in a consulting or technical delivery role
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, particularly Windchill
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage customer stakeholders and resolve project risks
- Knowledge of enterprise software integrations and change management best practices
