Senior Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To drive complex pre-sales engagements and shape value-based solution strategies, the full-time Senior Solutions Consultant-Infusion will work remotely, partnering with Sales and Product Management to lead discovery, solution design, and executive presentations for healthcare technology customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead complex discovery engagements and current-state/future-state assessments with customer stakeholders
• Design and deliver value-led solution presentations that articulate business outcomes and differentiation
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert, advising customers on solution architecture and workflow alignment

Required qualifications:

• 7-10 years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Solution Consulting or Healthcare Technology Consulting roles
• Proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-level healthcare customers, preferably in clinical settings
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, systems, and regulatory considerations
• Experience influencing deal outcomes through value-based storytelling and technical leadership
• Prior mentoring or informal leadership experience within a pre-sales or consulting organization
