Job Summary
As a remote Senior Solutions Consultant - Life Sciences, the successful candidate will lead the implementation of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering a white-glove experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions, leveraging industry knowledge and product expertise
- Serve as the primary technical resource for clients, focusing on the design and deployment of integrations with major Life Sciences systems
- Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert for Epic and other EHR systems, mentoring teams and developing best practice documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or significant relevant professional experience
- 3+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or IT/Software Development with a focus on AI or automation solutions
- 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience or experience with life sciences CRM solutions such as Veeva Vault or Salesforce Health Cloud
- Experience working with healthcare or life sciences customers, including knowledge of compliance frameworks like HIPAA
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL
