Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Senior Solutions Engineer with HR Tech experience, this full-time remote position will manage pre-sales activities, design scalable solutions for enterprise customers, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance performance management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify business challenges and align solutions with customer needs during the sales cycle
- Translate complex HR processes into scalable solution configurations and manage demo environments for prospective customers
- Support customer onboarding and act as a trusted advisor to HR executives, helping articulate ROI and measure outcomes of performance management initiatives
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Consulting, or Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Strong knowledge of HR processes related to talent development, succession, and engagement
- Technical proficiency with SaaS integrations, including APIs and HRIS
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a focus on improving employee experience and business outcomes
