Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the sales team, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise and guidance on F5 solutions, driving sales processes and ensuring world-class customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Articulate F5's product strategy and value proposition to align with customer business objectives
- Deliver technical presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations to clients
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal resources to drive the sales process and identify technical decision-makers
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer with a focus on solution selling across a multi-product portfolio
- Knowledge of application security principles and technologies, including Web Application Firewalls and load-balancing solutions
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps environments
