Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the sales team in driving revenue growth, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical product expert, delivering tailored presentations and demos, managing client evaluations, and collaborating with internal teams to align product capabilities with customer needs in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Turnitin's Integrity and Assessment products throughout the sales cycle
- Craft and deliver high-impact product overviews and technical demonstrations to higher education and secondary education customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to address technical inquiries and assist in the RFP process
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting in EdTech or Enterprise SaaS
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
- Proven track record of managing technical evaluations and RFP responses in complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated expertise with customer workflows and integration requirements
- Flexibility to work across global time zones to support collaboration within a global team
